Introduction:
A passionate Yorkshireman, worked and walked in Yorkshire all my life.
Old enough to have a wealth of stories to entertain you with.
Wise enough to know when to tell you a story and when to listen to your story.
I love walking and looking after people, I've led walking weekends for 15 years, all over this "Sceptered Isle " of ours. I take walking tours around York, its walls and the minster. ( also the smartest guide in York!)
I also take tours of Harrogate centre and the Stray, around 90 mins.
I am qualified to lead walks in the Yorkshire Dales or North York Moors. We can follow in the footsteps of James Herriot or the Bronte sisters... By walking we get closer to how they connected to the land and its people.
