Read more about me:
Hi, I'm Sophie and I combine guiding with journalism (my book, 'The Season', is published by Quarto.) My real passion is long walks across the capital and digging for specialist information, but that's not everyone's cup of tea and I adjust to whatever's needed, for any age or level of interest. And if I can't help with a particular subject I'll probably know someone who can. I usually offer tours of Hampton Court, Windsor and Runnymede, Bath, Oxford, Salisbury and Stonehenge, but during this period I'm sticking to London, when allowed. If not, just find me online.
COVID-19: I operate fully in line with government advice - please see my website for updates. Physical tours or not, if you prefer to stay online have a look at the new section of my website, The Virtual Guide, where you'll find Virtual Talks (usually on Zoom), Virtual Walks (with my trusty SteadyCam) and vouchers both physical and electronic (great for Christmas and birthdays.) Until then, please just get in touch with your requirements.
Bespoke Tours: created for you from scratch - virtual or real world.
