I qualified as a Wales Official Tourist Guide in 2000, completed my Degree in Tourist Guiding in 2010, and later qualified for South West England and the Liverpool Region. I work as a driver-guide with a professional PSV driving licence, supporting private groups, tailored itineraries and multi-region Britain programmes.
My experience across the tourism industry helps me understand both the needs of operators and the expectations of their clients. Specialist interests include golf, football, heritage, music, culture, family history in addition to general interest touring.
