Introduction:

A native of Belgium, I have been resident in the UK for the last 35 years and a Blue Badge Guide for the last 25 of them. In this period I have lived in the South West, London and Scotland. From this I have developed a broad perspective and a love of the country, its history and its people. My degree in Archaeology, History of Art and Musicology has naturally coloured my interests, but I have also studied British lierature and have a passion for the great novelists. I have the proven ability to engage with a wide range of groups and individuals, of all ages, both in the UK and abroad. Although my favourite part of the country is the South West, I do have extensive experience in planning and conducting visits more widely around England, Wales and Scotland. These can be tailored to visitors needs and time available. I am also an educator so especially enjoy working with children and young adults to bring to life all the UK has to offer.
