Scottish agriculture has changed greatly over the centuries, which I find fascinating. I have a farm and keep Scottish Blackface and North Country Cheviot Sheep.

Scotland is proud of its produce from the finest seafood to beef and lamb and vegetables and fruits especially the delicious Scottish strawberries and raspberries.Of course no tour of Scotland is complete without trying haggis or a wee dram of the finest single malt whisky!

Edinburgh is ideal to explore on foot, through the old town, The Royal Mile and around The Georgian Newtown.

The Island of Iona has an important place in the history of Christianity in Britain. Along with the Isle of Mull, it is a worthwhile visit.
