A Blue Badge London Tourist Guide and former actress, I am fun, enthusiastic, flexible and organised. I would love to share with you this exciting and colourful city, my adopted home for the past 25 years.
As an actress, I worked in theatre and television for many years. Work included roles with the Royal Shakespeare Company and I toured the country widely. After having my daughter I worked as a drama practitioner and storyteller and I have also worked extensively with schoolchildren with special educational needs.
My special interest is Women's History and in December 2021 I founded "Women Inspire", a storytelling blog and podcast, which shines a spotlight on remarkable women through time, many of whom have been forgotten.
The story of London and its people is fascinating and endless. I love to bring this incredible city alive and to help you get the most out of your visit here.
Alternatively, you might like to travel out of town for the day to discover the delights of Shakespeare's home town Stratford-upon-Avon, the Bath of Jane Austen, the gleaming spires of Oxford or historic Windsor Castle, Queen Elizabeth II's favourite home.
Every group's needs are different and each tour is personally designed for you whether you are a large group or a family. If you have special interests these are warmly welcomed and accommodated and I make every effort to make sure all tours are fully accessible.
