Introduction:

I am an experienced guide able to offer tours across southern England from Windsor and Blenheim across the region to Salisbury, Bath and as far west as Devon and Cornwall. I have worked in Museums and historic sites and have a particular interest in the history of food.

I specialise in experiences that explore the varied culture, landscape, heritage and food of this wonderful region.

Heritage: discover some of the most significant prehistoric sites in Britain, the Anglo Saxon kingdom of Wessex, great medieval trading centres and beautiful Georgian spas.

Food: English food has changed radically in recent decades. Join me on a food tour to experience the innovative, artisan and local food of leading producers in Dorset and Somerset.

Countryside and coast: explore the Jurassic Coast, the New Forest, the moors and the chalk downlands across the region.

Culture: Visit great castles, houses and gardens. Follow the lives and works of great writers and artists who took inspiration from the landscape.
