I began Bronte Walks in 2012 and it is growing into a small and flourishing tour business. My family are from Yorkshire and I have a deep love of its history and landscape. My personal passion is the story of the Bronte Family, I live just outside Haworth and I love guiding people over the moors and through the village. I use their letters, poems and writing to weave their story into the fabric of the times.
My working life has been spent in the Voluntary Sector, working within the arts, adult education, community education and lately in the area of bereavement support. I love Yorkshire and I love tailoring tours to meet peoples needs and interests. I have a light touch with words and can tell a story.
