Introduction:
Hello! Hola! Olá!
I'm a trilingual born and bred Londoner (with a Spanish and Portuguese family background).
My goal: to show visitors what THEY want to see; to be informative, fun, professional and to look after them as if they were my own family or friends.
I lead tours in London and trips from London to nearby places like Windsor, Oxford, Stonehenge, etc.
Walking tours, coach tours, site visits, individuals, families, large groups, corporate clients....no matter the kind of tour or client, my aim is to ensure that this ancient (yet surprisingly modern!) and wonderfully diverse city wows my visitors.

A bit more about me:
I qualified in 2010, gaining the award for Best Overall Practical Exams (for the Tower of London, St Paul's Cathedral, British Museum, Westminster Abbey, Tate Modern gallery, guiding on a coach and a guided walk of the City of London).
Before guiding, I worked in academia (I have a PhD in urban and cultural geography) and also in business (I ran my own London tour company); all of which was great preparation for becoming a London Blue Badge Tourist Guide and trainer (I'm a tutor on the London Blue Badge Tourist Guide Training Course).
I have a special interest in politics and have an additional endorsement and licence to guide at the "UK Parliament" (also known as the Palace of Westminster and as the Houses of Parliament) and I also enjoy being one of the guides at the world's premier tennis club: Wimbledon!
I'm fluent in Spanish and Portuguese and follow the cultures, politics and general gossip of countries that speak these languages and am able to incorporate links with these places when I guide in London and on day trips from the capital to places like Windsor, Oxford, Stonehenge, Bath, Salisbury, Stratford-upon-Avon, Canterbury and the outstandingly beautiful region of the Cotswolds.
I frequently work with corporate clients, Events and Destination Management Companies, specialising in tailor-made VIP experiences in which a Blue Badge Tourist Guide can add that special touch to entertain, inform and look after corporate visitors.
