London, North East, South West
An experienced humorous, enthusiastic, caring and fun guide. That’s me! So let me make your visit to London and beyond one to remember!!
Seniors, teens, children, incentive groups looking for something specialist and off the beaten track, or anyone just wanting to visit the must-do traditional attractions like the Tower of London, Westminster Abbey or any of the myriad of museums and galleries - I'm your guide!!
Some of my speciality tours include Downton Abbey, its locations, characters and the story behind the series.
Harry Potter also continues to enthral young and old alike, so join me, Professor Sprout’s younger, more glamorous sister (ha ha!), as we visit the Leaky Cauldron, Platform 9 3/4 and the 'Wobbly Bridge', scene of the Deatheaters’ attack.
But don’t let me spoil it here - join me on a walk!
Religious-themed walks are one of my other specialities. My tours can be tailor-made for your visit. If you are interested in Christian Heritage - especially Methodism Catholicism, Anglicanism, the Baptists, Salvation Army, Presbyterians, Lutherans, Mormons, I can take you to places associated with all them and tell you their stories.
I have a degree in History - specialising in Medieval and Church History, so I will ensure your group learn of the heritage of these faiths through a varied and interesting itinerary.
I have also developed a tour of the British Museum looking at objects that are related to the Bible. And if art is more your thing, we can look at the Bible through paintings in the National Gallery.
Gardens and Farming are another of my fortes, and it’s not just a guiding speciality - it’s also personal because I come from a farming background and am involved in the Dairy Sheep Farming Association. So let me share my passion with you as we learn about the role of gardens and farming both historically and in the modern day.
Choirs and musicians are also my passion - I have guided orchestras, singers and conductors performing everywhere.
So come and join me as we visit some of the world-famous sites in London. You all know the Royal Albert Hall, home of the Proms. But there are others to explore, such as the Festival and Cadogan Halls.
A lot to take in? Just contact me using the link above and I can work with you to put together a half, full day or even extended tour.
In London, we can go By foot, public transport, taxi or coach. We can adapt and plan to make sure your time is spent taking advantage of all our capital city and its surrounding areas have to offer.
