Self Employed - UK and World wide January 2016 to Present
 On a self employed basis I
supply my services to Various companies in the UK and abroad. I specialise in Farming
based holidays, managing conferences and showcasing the very best of British Agriculture.
As a Tour guide I talk to the farming groups taking them to a varied array of farms and
Agricultural processes. I manage groups inbound to the UK where I specialise in the South
West of the UK, though also take groups to Scotland, Wales, Central England and the South
East. I have also taken groups to Mauritius, China, Chile, Argentina and Germany. This work
is only for short periods and is not full time which allows me to indulge in my other
interests. I am particularly knowledgable on Scotland and and the South and South West of
England having lived in these areas for most of my life. I am currently undertaking the Blue
Badge accreditation and am qualiUied to lead tours on coach for cruise ships from
Plymouth, Falmouth and Dartmouth. I regularly take groups around Stratford,
Stonehenge, Bath and Devon and Cornwall.
I am a Green badge qualified for Plymouth and regular lead tours around and from Plymouth our Great Ocean City. I am a member of the Association of WestCountry Tour Guides. i was a Detective Sergeant in the Police for 28 years, whilst owning a Beef and sheep farm. I am local person having been brought up in Devon and have strong connections to East Devon, ( Jurassic Coast), Mid Devon, North Devon, South Devon and Dartmoor and Cornwall.
