As a fully trained, London Blue Badge professional tour guide, I look forward to meeting all your guiding requirement including Olympic venue walking and coach guiding, private bookings and taylor-made tours. If there is one of you, or 40, I will be delighted to show you the City that has `all that life affords'. All this and I am a prize winner to-boot, holding the Institute of Tourist Guiding, Tower of London site Guide 2011/12.

Born and raised in east London, I have spent a life-time exploring, studying, living and working in the Capital.

Attending the now University of East London, I gained an Honours degree in film and media studies. I went on to work for charities and in education institutions, project managing events and facilities.

Fate, and a daredevil approach, have found a career for me managing construction projects in the museum sector. I am currently combine my guiding career with working at the prestigious Imperial War Museum in South London. I was previously engaged in project work at Zandra's Rhodes Fashion and Textile Museum.

I am a sports fan - particularly London's `national game Football! Needless-to-say I am thrilled at the Olympics coming to my `manor' and hope it will encourage visitors to take a bigger look at what east of the City has to offer.

Five decades of London life, has meant I've been exposed to the best of global arts and culture; whilst I have travelled around the world, it's London that has alway the sparked my imagination and interest, particularly City's visual arts, music, theatre and alternative cultural scene.

Most of all I never loss sight of the most important fact about the capital .. London is the star! That said, every star needs an audience to shine, and my job is to lift the curtains and add the commentary!
